The Ruhrort Logistics Center offers 37,000sq.m. of high-grade warehousing area for storage and logistics. The site is connected to the railroad system and features modern office facilities.
Under customs aspects, the Ruhrort Logistics Center is a control type II free zone equivalent to a bonded warehouse. Duty on goods from non European Union countries is only levied when they leave the warehouse.
A customs house located on site keeps distances short and facilitates customs clearance. Conditions are simply excellent for all warehousing activities.
