Duisburger Hafen AG, the parent company of the Group, is responsible for port management, the development and marketing of port infrastructure and strategic planning.
Logport Logistic-Center Duisburg GmbH is the organization which develops and markets the logport site. The duisport logport organization also supplies all-around investor support.
OPERATIVE SERVICES
duisport agency GmbH is a transportation and logistics management service provider. The company is duisport’s marketing organization for all matters of transportation and transshipment.
dfl duisport facility logistic GmbH offers its customers comprehensive port-related services, stuffing and stripping of containers and additional services concerning containers. These include facility management including construction consultation and support. In addition, it is responsible for port maintenance.
duisport rail GmbH, the Port’s public-utility railroad company, provides local and regional railroad transportation services.
PACKAGING LOGISTICS
The duisport packing logistics companies develop logistic solutions mainly for exporting mechanical engineering companies. They include efficient customized packaging and transportation systems for all cargo from small parts and hazardous products to heavy equipment, machines and complete industrial plants.
STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS
Duisburger Hafen AG also holds interests in DIT Duisburg Intermodal Terminal GmbH (terminal operator), in Masslog GmbH (coal terminal operator), in Antwerp Gateway N.V.
