duisport rail is a public-utility railroad company established in April 2001. The 100% subsidiary of Duisburger Hafen AG is a perfect link in transportation chains.
With its own locomotives, the company interconnects the different parts of the port including the Logport site on the western shore of the Rhine by a port track system of approx. 200km and helps to optimize interaction between the different terminals. Local and regional services facilitate the collection and distribution of cargo for port customers.
